Paid subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel any time; access continues through the paid period. There are no trials, promotional discounts, AI top-ups, money-back guarantees, prorated refunds, or refunds for unused time. Upgrades apply immediately with proration; downgrades apply at period end. Annual subscribers receive a monthly allowance, not an annual lump sum. Failed payments have a seven-day grace period.
Platinum privacy notice: when Platinum access ends, private observations and grow journals lock. If Platinum is not restored, they automatically become public after 120 days; warnings are queued at access end, day 90, and day 113. Locked records cannot be individually viewed, edited, deleted, or published during that period. Full account deletion remains available. Saved spots stay private and stored but inaccessible, and are never auto-published.
“Unlimited” covers normal human use inside Dr. MycoTek. Automated scraping, bulk generation, bots, and account sharing are prohibited. Future API use will have separate rate limits and does not include AI inference.
