Dr. MycoTek is an AI-powered mycology education tool. It provides information about mushroom identification, cultivation, contamination diagnosis, and foraging. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on mycological knowledge databases.
Dr. MycoTek is an educational tool ONLY. It is NOT a substitute for expert identification.
Nature Lion Inc. accepts no liability for illness, injury, or death resulting from the consumption of wild mushrooms identified using this Service. Users assume all risks associated with foraging and consuming wild mushrooms.

Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Some species photographs are sourced from Mushroom Observer, Wikimedia Commons, and Pexels under their respective Creative Commons or free-use licenses, with attribution maintained in our records. AI-generated responses are provided for your personal educational use.
The Service does not provide medical advice. Information about mushroom edibility, toxicity, or traditional uses is for educational purposes only. If you suspect mushroom poisoning, contact your local poison control centre or emergency services immediately. In Canada, call 1-800-222-1222 (Poison Control) or 911.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nature Lion Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from mushroom identification errors, cultivation advice, or foraging recommendations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
